About Pgh Local Music
We are a small, self-owned company dedicated to promoting our local music scene online and abroad. Our goal is to increase the public's awareness of the many talented musicians and performers in our area. This store was designed to offer all of these Pittsburgh-area musicians a viable means to vend their merchandise online.

Our Shipping Policy
All orders are completed and sent within 48 hours from purchase and should arrive in 3-5 days. (If you do not receive you order within 10 days, please Email Us so we can find your package and determine the problem.) Most orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service, via Media Mail, and will require a signature upon delivery.
Our Return Policy
You may return unopened merchandise to our address for a refund. We will not refund those items that are either opened or damaged. This refund only covers the cost of the item(s) being returned and does not include any shipping fees since we are not able to refund these charges.If you receive an item that is defective or is damaged, please contact us immediately with the details. In the case that the item seems to have been damaged in transit, please contact us and hold on to the original packaging (we may need it to obtain the refund).
